Jim Iyke Dragged To Court Again Over Unpaid Money

Nollywood Actor, Jim Iyke, has again been dragged to an Abuja court for allegedly failing to make an ‘agreed’ payment for the past three months.

Following a reported agreement signed by the actor to make a refund, through installments  of an alleged N15 million fraud by the actor on an Abuja-based businesswoman, Habiba Abubakar, Jim Iyke had reportedly failed to make such payments for three months now.

Source informed us that Abubakar’s lawyer recently filed a suit under Undefended list before an Abuja court. The case was reportedly heard at Court 15 in Apo district of Abuja.

But in a dramatic twist in the court, the actor’s counsel, Esther Uzoma, reportedly denied her client’s knowledge of Mrs Abubakar. She also reportedly told the court that Jim Iyke didn’t sign any agreement to make any payments regarding any alleged fraud.
When contacted on phone on Tuesday, Jim Iyke told us that, “I don’t do court. I’m at home sleeping now and not in the court. I am preparing for my reality show. I don’t even know how you got my number.”

When pressed further to either confirm or deny the story, he maintained, “I don’t do court.”
