Our Daily Manna Publisher, Chris Kwakpovwe In Fresh Crisis

One allegation trailing the Publisher of the controversial ‘Our Daily Manna’ devotional journal, Chris Kpakovwe, leaves many people to wonder if there are still real men of God in Nigeria.
The allegation has also left many to wonder if the several issues Kwakpovwe is facing is gradually affecting him, especially when he is still battling with some issues with his former wife.
It would be recalled that  Kwakpovwe has been having it rough with the woman he once vowed to love and cherish forever. Also, there have been issues with the publication, Our Daily Manna.

The latest web trying to consume  Kwakpovwe is the allegation trailing his Annual Interdenominational World Anointing Service.
This arose after he directed those coming for the programme to bring padlocks along with them.
This has raised serious questions from people, who wonder why a pastor will tell his congregation to come along with padlocks, ‘to put them in bondage or what?’ They queried.

According to one of those who spoke on the matter, ‘people who call themselves men of God are now businessmen. They call for a convention and put people in bondage and deliver them after collecting money from them,’ said Akeem Gbadegeshin.

‘It is a shame that people who are supposed to set the captive free are now putting them in bondage. I have never heard of a man of God asking people to come to church with a Padlock, as Padlocks are associated with evil and bondage,’ Segun Onigbagbo, a medical practitioner said.

The event which held on Friday, January 30, 2015, at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos and many would hope the lives of those who attend the service will not turn very miserable.
