The data obtained from Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC shows that Nigeria on Wednesday recorded 180 new novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in 8 states and Federal Capital Territory.
With the latest update, Nigeria's COVID-19 tally of infected people rose to 64,336.
While 404 COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from isolation centers and two coronavirus-related deaths recorded in last 24 hours.
According to the data by the health agency, NCDC, Lagos accounting for the highest number of infections for the day with 74 Iinfections, Oyo confirmed 41 Infections, FCT and Kaduna reported 19 infections each.
Other states with new coronavirus infections includes - Bauchi-12, Ogun-7, Rivers-4, Cross-River-2 and Edo-2.
The health agency on the 11th of November 2020 reported that 180 new confirmed cases and 2 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.
Till date, 64,516 cases have been confirmed, 60,737 cases have been discharged and 1,162 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
