Canadian poultry and pork producer Olymel has unveiled a significant rebranding initiative, representing a key development in the company's journey.

Objective of Transformation

The primary aim of this transformation is to emphasize the quality of Olymel's products, enhancing the brand's visibility and making it more modern and appealing.

"In changing our brand image, we wanted to further highlight the quality of our products, already recognized internationally for their excellence. It was essential that this new corporate image reflects both our commitment to quality and the new direction we've taken, while respecting the essence of what makes us who we are,"  stated Daniel Rivest, Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.

A Redesigned Logo to Align with Consumer Expectations

Working alongside LG2, Olymel has centered its new identity around the recognizable red and blue colors, while streamlining and modernizing the logo to enhance its visual presence. Following the completion of the design, research indicated that the logo successfully aligned with both corporate and brand goals, receiving favorable responses from consumers.

For a brand like Olymel, it's vital that all its expressions capture the attention and generate consumer preference to trigger purchase intent. A striking logo, articulated around the brand's iconic assets, serves as an anchor point from which all design and brand components are articulated. A phased implementation

The new brand identity will be introduced gradually across all physical and digital platforms, including packaging, advertising, and signage, which will also undergo updates throughout the next year. The objective is to enhance brand recognition and cultivate a deeper emotional connection with consumers.

This rebranding initiative is part of a broader transformation process at Olymel, aimed at showcasing the company's growth and evolution. By enhancing the brand's visibility, Olymel intends to not only solidify its market presence but also boost product sales by improving consumer perceptions.
