The move comes shortly after the inauguration of Vista Holdings’ new Board of Directors on July 15, 2025, and the consolidation of nine subsidiaries into a unified corporate structure. The group said the restructuring is designed to strengthen operational synergy and accelerate long-term growth across its diversified portfolio.
Mrs. Adewale, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land administration, urban development, and investor relations, will oversee Landvest’s operations, including large-scale land acquisitions, infrastructure planning, and investment projects across Nigeria and other African markets.
Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire, Group CEO of Vista Holdings, highlighted the strategic importance of the appointment. “Her track record and strategic approach make her the right fit to advance Landvest’s mission,” he stated, noting that land development remains a central pillar in the company’s growth strategy.
Describing her new role, Mrs. Adewale emphasized the opportunity to transform land development into forward-thinking solutions that benefit both markets and communities. “I see this as a chance to deliver sustainable, impactful projects that serve both investors and the wider society,” she said.
Vista Holdings, which operates across real estate, education, finance, and cooperative services, indicated that Landvest will play a pivotal role in its vision to transform undeveloped land into thriving, sustainable communities, while also expanding its regional footprint.
The appointment signals Vista Holdings’ continued commitment to strategic growth and professional leadership as it seeks to leverage its resources to deliver long-term value across its subsidiaries.
