South Africa’s beloved Afro-pop group Dalom Kids has teamed up with multi-hit producer HarryCane, alongside contributors EeQue, Lowsheen, and Droppa, to release “Girl Child,” a deeply meaningful and socially conscious new single. The track officially dropped on Friday, 14 November 2025, and is now available on all major digital platforms.

“Girl Child” is more than music - it’s a movement. The single highlights the urgent issue of teenage pregnancy and its impact on young girls across communities. Through heartfelt lyrics and Dalom Kids’ signature harmonies, the song calls for unity, compassion, and action.

“The message is clear: teenage girls are the mothers, leaders, and visionaries of tomorrow. Early pregnancy steals opportunities, prevents them from completing school, and limits access to a brighter future,” says Dalom Kids. The track urges families, communities, educators, and leaders to protect young girls, raise awareness, offer support, create safer environments, and champion education and empowerment. “Girl Child” reminds everyone that every girl deserves the chance to dream, grow, and succeed without obstacles or exploitation.

Blending meaningful storytelling with modern Afro-pop and amapiano influences, the collaboration between Dalom Kids X HarryCane, featuring EeQue, Lowsheen, and Droppa, delivers a powerful anthem that resonates across generations. This release reflects Dalom Kids’ continued commitment to entertainment, social upliftment, and community empowerment.

Dalom Kids is one of South Africa’s most enduring and influential Afro-pop groups, originally founded by the legendary Dan Tshanda. Today, under the leadership of Sylvia Tshanda, the group continues to build its legacy through new releases, collaborations, and nationwide performances that honour the past while embracing the future. With major collaborations, SAMA nominations, and a strong presence on live stages, Dalom Kids remain a multi-generational symbol of resilience, unity, and musical excellence.
