Recognition for Impact and Dedication
Speaking exclusively to our correspondent, Ayere described the contract renewal as a validation of his hard work and influence within the organisation.
"I feel great. The contract extension is proof of competency, dedication, and commitment. It’s a show of how much impact I’ve made in the last year and the recognition it has brought," he said.
During his initial tenure, Ayere played a central role in shaping Real Madrid World’s operational framework, designing the training structure currently used across the brand’s programmes. He also organised development sessions for over five thousand players of various nationalities and participated in the Real Madrid Legends initiative, which featured one-on-one improvement sessions with former Real Madrid defender and three-time UEFA Champions League winner Roberto Carlos.
A Path of International Success
Ayere’s coaching journey began in Nigeria, where he held head coaching roles at Freiburgerweg FA, Oasis Ladies, and Raineiri Ladies, and served as head of opposition analysis at Gbagada FC in the country’s third division. His proactive approach to coaching earned him international opportunities, beginning with Fleetwood United FC in Dubai.
At Fleetwood United, Ayere worked as assistant coach of the second-division senior team, coached the U-15 squad, and managed the U-23 pathway to the professional squad. His tenure coincided with Fleetwood United winning Division Two and securing promotion to the First Division, a success that paved the way for his move to Real Madrid World.
Looking Ahead: Growth and Continued Influence
Reflecting on the contract extension, Ayere highlighted its significance not just as continuity, but as a chance for further professional development.
"The extension is also an opportunity to continue to improve myself as a coach and continue working with the biggest football brand in the world, and I’m excited about the contract extension," he said. "I hope to be able to achieve a lot more within this period as well and impact a lot more people."
The UEFA B and FA Level 3 licensed coach, now based in Dubai, has firmly established himself as a rising force in global football coaching, blending his Nigerian roots with international experience to shape the next generation of players.
This renewal marks a significant milestone for Ayere Sylvester and underscores Real Madrid World’s commitment to nurturing diverse coaching talent within its global network.
