Social media was recently set abuzz after a post claiming Nigerian singer Mr Eazi and his wife, Temi Otedola, had welcomed their first child together. The claim, which included a photo of Temi reportedly holding a newborn, quickly went viral before the musician stepped in to deny the speculation.

The post was shared by influencer Kolaqhazim on X, who alleged that the couple had welcomed a baby girl following their eight-year relationship. He wrote:
“Finally!!! Temi Otedola and Mr. Eazi have reportedly welcomed their first child — a healthy baby girl after an eight-year relationship.”

Many fans immediately rushed to congratulate the couple in the comments, with celebratory messages pouring in within minutes.

However, Mr Eazi appeared to put the rumours to rest when he responded directly, questioning whether his wife was even aware of the alleged news.

“Is Temi aware of this?” he asked, effectively dismissing the claim.

The photo shared by the influencer has been widely suspected to be AI-generated, a trend increasingly common in online celebrity rumours.

Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola, daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, tied the knot last year in a series of high-profile weddings held in Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland. Since then, the couple has remained largely private about their personal life, making the recent speculation all the more attention-grabbing.
