Iyabo Ojo’s Daughter Priscilla and Juma Jux Celebrate First Anniversary with Romantic Tupac-and-Janet-Inspired Shoot

Priscilla, daughter of veteran actress Iyabo Ojo, and her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, are marking their first wedding anniversary with a stylish and romantic throwback photo shoot, paying homage to Tupac Shakur and Janet Jackson’s iconic 1993 film Poetic Justice.

“One year down, forever to go,” Priscilla captioned the Instagram post, which quickly drew congratulatory messages from fans, family, and celebrities. Among those celebrating the milestone were social media influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa and, of course, her mother, Iyabo Ojo.


The couple’s journey began with a glamorous Islamic ceremony in Tanzania in February 2025, followed by events in Nigeria and a destination wedding in May of the same year. Their joy multiplied with the arrival of their first child, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in August 2025.

Their anniversary shoot, recreating the iconic poses of Tupac and Janet Jackson, has resonated with fans, sparking an outpouring of love and well-wishes for the young family as they celebrate the first of many milestones together.
