Some of London’s biggest football names were honoured on Thursday night as the London Football Awards 2026 celebrated standout performances across the capital’s clubs.

Held at Exhibition White City in west London, the ceremony recognised achievements across both the men’s and women’s game, with several Arsenal F.C. stars among the evening’s major winners.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was named Manager of the Year after guiding the club to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League for the first time since 2009. The achievement marks a significant milestone in the club’s recent European campaign.

Midfielder Declan Rice also received top honours, claiming the Premier League Player of the Year award following a series of commanding performances in England’s top flight, the Premier League. The prize was presented by former Arsenal winger Theo Walcott.

Between the posts, goalkeeper David Raya took home the Goalkeeper of the Year award after securing back-to-back Premier League Golden Glove honours.

In the women’s game, Alessia Russo was recognised for her impressive season with Arsenal W.F.C., winning the Barclays Women’s Super League Player of the Year award in the Women’s Super League. Her performances have been instrumental under head coach Renée Slegers.

The night also celebrated community impact, with Eberechi Eze honoured as the Men’s PFA Player in the Community Champion. The Crystal Palace F.C. midfielder earned the award for his charitable work through the Eze Foundation.

The annual awards recognise the best players, managers and community initiatives across London football, highlighting the capital’s continuing influence on the English game.
