Speaking during a recent livestream with TikToker Jarvis, the music star—born Sarah Aderibigbe—said her spiritual aspiration is to “be as perfect as Jesus,” while maintaining a close relationship with God and the Holy Spirit outside traditional religious structures.
According to her, spirituality for her goes beyond regular church attendance and is instead rooted in personal conviction and faith. She noted that her approach may evolve over time but currently reflects what she believes works best for her.
“I am trying to be as perfect as Jesus. I have a close relationship with God and the Holy Spirit, and it doesn’t come with me only being in church,” she said during the session, emphasising a more individualised path to faith.
Beyond her spiritual reflections, the singer also revealed plans to expand her career into acting. She disclosed that she began exploring roles last year and is set to make her film debut in a project expected to be released later this year.
