Chief Richard Adegboyega is the Founder & Managing Director/CEO of both Beta Bridges Ltd (BBL) and Beta Bridges Training Institute (BBTI). Recently on his birthday in June 2026, through his ARA Foundation, he engaged in a number of charity projects with the Primary Health Center of Ojodu including the donation of 2 units of hospital beds, 2 units of hospital mattresses, 2 units of hospital pillows; 10 units of bedsheets; 10 units of pillow cases; 4 units of ceiling fans; 2 units of metal reception sets of chairs and 1unit of Wallclock. He also visited the Fowowe Memorial Orphanage homes at Oke-ira, Ogba where he celebrated with the abandoned and other vulnerable children, by donations of food supplies, medicals, toileteries and diapers. Earlier in the month Chief Amona had sponsored a cancer awareness campaign and outreach within the Ikorodu axis in memory of his mother who died of Cancer some years ago.
Chief Richard’s personal life, despite touching, is also aspirational. His accomplishments in career, philanthropic and development impacts with youth and communities where he is resident and do business, is impressive.

When HRH was considering to fill the traditional stool of AMỌ̀NÀ in the Ojodu Kingdom, Chief Richard Abiodun ticks all the right boxes. Chief Richard Abiodun and his wife, Chief (Mrs) Bolajoko Abiodun the Yeye Amona of Ojoduland have now been inducted as part of the Council of Chiefs, with the King to lead the light of progress and development of Ojoduland, town and kingdom.Prior to Beta Bridges, Richard is an achiever with several years active experience leading marketing & communication deliverables for diverse clients & companies including: MTN, Wema Bank, Globacom, Conoil, Pfizer, Coca-Cola, UBA, Maersk, Procter & Gamble. He completed his working career at Halogen Security as Head of Business Deveopment & Marketing before switching to enterprenur to start Beta Bridges, an NCC licensed firm in July 2013
He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), member of Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (formerly APCON) and member Nigerian Institute of Marketing (NIM); He regularly donates to charity and he is married to Bola with 2 sons.
