A new international collaboration is giving Lisa another moment in the spotlight—this time without her Blackpink bandmates. Teaming up with Italian techno producer Anyma, the K-pop star has returned to the U.K. charts with the single “Bad Angel,” released in early April.

The track arrived just ahead of Coachella, where Anyma launched his ÆDEN world tour with high-profile performances. The timing, combined with both artists’ global fan bases, helped propel the single onto key U.K. sales rankings.

Modest Chart Entry Signals Strong Fan Support

“Bad Angel” debuted at No. 85 on the Official Singles Downloads chart and No. 90 on the Official Singles Sales chart, which tracks a combination of digital purchases and physical formats. While not a breakout smash, the entry reflects steady commercial backing, particularly in a competitive market driven increasingly by streaming.

Career Milestone for Anyma

For Anyma, the release marks a new personal best. The DJ had previously appeared on the downloads chart with “Running” in 2022, which peaked at No. 97. With “Bad Angel,” he secures his highest-charting placement to date and his first appearance on the broader sales ranking—an indication of growing mainstream visibility.

Lisa Returns to U.K. Charts as Solo Artist

The single also marks Lisa’s first U.K. chart appearance of 2026. Her last entry came in 2025 through a collaboration with Maroon 5, which briefly reached the top 40. Over her solo career, Lisa has now logged multiple entries across both the sales and downloads charts, reinforcing her individual presence outside of Blackpink.

A Rare Lower-Charting Entry for Lisa

Despite the positive momentum, “Bad Angel” represents a comparatively modest performance for Lisa. It becomes her first single on the Official Singles Sales chart to miss the top 40 entirely. Previous releases, including her breakout hit “Money,” achieved stronger debuts and broader chart impact.

On the downloads chart, however, the track avoids being her lowest performer—a distinction still held by “Fxck Up the World,” from her debut album Alter Ego.

Continued Activity From Both Artists

The release adds to a busy period for Anyma, who recently collaborated with Joji on “Beautiful.” Meanwhile, “Bad Angel” marks Lisa’s first new music of the year following an active 2025 campaign promoting her solo debut.

Although the single may not rank among her biggest hits, its chart entry underscores Lisa’s consistent global reach—both as a solo performer and as part of one of pop’s most influential groups.
