Treasure2 Residence Unveiled in Lekki as Stakeholders Highlight Growing Real Estate Opportunities.
Prominent figures in the real estate and entertainment sectors gathered in Abijo GRA, Lekki, for the official unveiling of Treasure2 Residence, a new housing development delivered by Jemras Homes.
The high-profile ceremony combined the formal commissioning of the property with the presentation of keys to new homeowners, drawing industry stakeholders, investors, and dignitaries. The event featured a mix of cultural displays and entertainment, adding vibrancy to the occasion and underscoring the project’s positioning within Lagos’ competitive property market.
Among notable attendees was Nollywood veteran Taiwo Hassan, widely known as Ogogo, who serves as the brand ambassador for the development. His presence contributed to the event’s visibility and reinforced its appeal to a broader audience. Also in attendance was Hon. Olalekan Biliamin Oba, Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Social Development, alongside other key personalities.
Speaking during the unveiling, Jemras Homes Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tayo Rasaq, described Treasure2 Residence as a significant milestone for the company. He noted that the project comprises 12 fully finished two-bedroom apartments designed to meet modern residential standards, emphasizing the firm’s focus on quality delivery and sustained client relationships.
Rasaq further highlighted the company’s expansion trajectory, stating that Jemras Homes has completed more than four major projects within a relatively short period, including a shopping mall. He also disclosed plans for another large-scale commercial development in Sangotedo along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
In his remarks, Hon. Oba reiterated the Lagos State Government’s commitment to fostering real estate growth through policies aimed at easing regulatory processes and addressing the state’s housing deficit under the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The ceremony concluded with a guided tour of the apartments and the formal handover of keys to homeowners. Stakeholders at the event pointed to Abijo GRA in Lekki as an emerging destination for modern living and a promising corridor for real estate investment.
