Media personality Tega Dominic has strongly denied allegations linking her romantically to television host Frank Edoho, following renewed claims of extramarital affairs made by Edoho’s ex-wife, Sandra, during their marriage.

In a detailed public statement, Dominic insisted that her relationship with the broadcaster was strictly professional and based on friendship, rejecting any suggestion of an intimate or emotional involvement.

“I honestly did not want to speak on this because I have spent a long time trying to stay away from unnecessary drama, but at this point, my silence is no longer helping,” she said.

She firmly added:

“I have absolutely no s3xual or emotional relationship with Frank Edoho.”

Dominic explained that their communication began around the middle of last year after Edoho reportedly sent birthday wishes to her mother. She added that they were already familiar with each other through social media and mutual industry interactions before that time.

“Frank is a great guy and a very good friend of mine. We started talking around mid-last year after he sent birthday wishes to my mum,” she said.
“Like many people in the industry, we already knew each other through social media and mutual familiarity. He is also my kingsman. There was never anything inappropriate between Us.”

She further clarified that her only in-person meeting with Edoho took place in the presence of her manager, Paul Ukonu, stressing that nothing inappropriate occurred at any point.

“The first and only time I hung out with Frank was with my manager, Paul Ukonu, present. I have absolutely nothing to hide,” she said.

Dominic maintained that she had no reason to conceal any aspect of her interactions with the broadcaster, adding that she would have openly acknowledged any romantic involvement if it existed.

“And honestly, if I ever had anything to do with Frank romantically, I would say it with my full chest,” she stated.

She also noted that both she and Edoho were separated at the time of their interactions, pushing back against insinuations of wrongdoing.

Beyond denying the allegations, Dominic expressed concern that the claims were damaging her reputation, which she said she had spent years building carefully.

“I have worked too hard to build myself and my brand step by step to allow false accusations stain my name like this,” she said.
“My name cannot be dragged carelessly into false narratives.”

She added that she was considering legal action and would allow her lawyers to handle further developments.

“I believe it is important for evidence to be provided because I will not let this slide,” she said.
“This has honestly been very upsetting for me, but moving forward, my lawyers will handle the matter appropriately. There will be consequence.”

Dominic concluded that the matter would be her final public comment on the issue, signaling a shift toward legal resolution rather than continued public engagement.
