The couple, whose relationship has attracted significant public attention over the past two years, chose a low-key celebration at Old Marylebone Town Hall on Sunday, opting for an intimate affair rather than a lavish celebrity event.
Photographs from the ceremony showed the bride wearing a sophisticated white skirt suit paired with a wide-brimmed hat, matching gloves, and white heels. Turner complemented the occasion in a tailored dark blue suit. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds were greeted by a small gathering of loved ones who showered them with confetti as they descended the historic venue's steps hand-in-hand.
Lipa carried a delicate bouquet of pastel-coloured flowers as the couple shared smiles and celebratory moments outside the registry office.
The marriage comes months after the singer publicly confirmed their engagement. Speaking to British Vogue last year, Lipa expressed her excitement about their future together, saying: "It's very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don't know, be best friends forever - it's a really special feeling."
She also revealed that Turner personally designed her engagement ring with the help of her sister and closest friends, making the proposal even more meaningful.
According to reports, the newlyweds are expected to continue the celebrations with a three-day wedding party in Sicily later this month, where a larger group of friends and family are expected to join them.
At 30, Lipa remains one of the most influential figures in global pop music. The Grammy-winning singer has enjoyed a string of international hits and further cemented her status as a music powerhouse when she headlined Glastonbury Festival 2024.
Turner, 36, has built a successful acting career with notable roles in the Fantastic Beasts franchise and several acclaimed television and film productions. His growing profile has also fueled speculation that he could be among the contenders to take on the iconic role of James Bond in future films. The choice of venue adds another chapter to the rich history of Old Marylebone Town Hall, one of London's most famous wedding locations. Over the decades, it has hosted several high-profile celebrity weddings, including those of Paul McCartney and Linda Eastman in 1969, as well as McCartney's later marriage to Nancy Shevell in 2011.
Other notable couples who exchanged vows at the venue include Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach, along with actors Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas. Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher also selected the venue for two of his weddings.
For Lipa and Turner, however, the focus remained firmly on a personal celebration of love, marking the beginning of a new chapter away from the spotlight that often follows their successful careers.
