CRC Cares will host the Run For Me Charity Fun Run across South Africa this Youth Day, with Midrand set as the flagship venue supporting vulnerable children.

As South Africa prepares to commemorate Youth Day, CRC Cares will host the return of its Run For Me Charity Fun Run, a national initiative raising funds for Talitha Cumi Place of Safety.

The event takes place on Tuesday, 16 June 2026 (Youth Day) and will bring together families, schools, churches and community organisations across multiple cities in support of vulnerable children who have experienced abandonment, abuse and neglect.

Now in its second year, Run For Me expands into a multi-city activation following its 2025 debut, which attracted more than 2,800 participants across two locations.

Events will take place in Midrand, Bloemfontein, George, Gqeberha, Rustenburg and other participating areas nationwide.

The initiative is hosted by CRC Cares, supported by MANZI Water, and presented in partnership with One Gospel.

“This Youth Day, we are reminded that the future of our nation depends on how we care for our children,” said Pastor Keshia, Head of CRC Cares.

“Run For Me brings communities together in practical action. Every entry contributes towards the care and support of children at Talitha Cumi Place of Safety.”
