The victory marks Future’s fourth time topping the chart. His previous three No. 1 albums all came during a remarkable run in 2024, when the rapper delivered multiple successful projects in a short period.
In April 2024, Future teamed up with producer Metro Boomin for two consecutive chart-topping releases, We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You. Later that year, his solo project Mixtape Pluto also reached No. 1 in October.
Each of Future’s four chart leaders has spent one week at the top, but the repeated success highlights his ability to consistently generate massive streaming numbers with every major release.
Future Breaks Tie With Drake and Taylor Swift
Before the arrival of The Real Me, Future shared the record for the most No. 1 albums on the Top Streaming Albums chart with Taylor Swift and Drake, with each artist holding three chart-topping projects.

Taylor Swift became the first musician to collect three No. 1s on the chart. She reached the top spot in November 2023 with 1989 (Taylor’s Version) before dominating again with The Tortured Poets Department, which spent 11 weeks at No. 1. Her most recent project, The Life of a Showgirl, also opened at the summit and remained there for seven weeks.
Drake also built an impressive record on the chart, earning his first No. 1 with For All the Dogs in November 2023. He later returned to the top with Some Sexy Songs 4 U, his collaboration with PartyNextDoor, before adding another leader with Iceman.

Only a Few Artists Have Multiple Streaming Chart Victories
Future’s dominance on the Top Streaming Albums chart places him among a small group of artists with multiple No. 1 albums.
Other repeat leaders on the ranking include Bad Bunny, Morgan Wallen, Sabrina Carpenter and Zach Bryan.
Future’s overall performance on the chart has been remarkable. Of the five projects he has placed on the Top Streaming Albums ranking, four have reached No. 1.
His only album that missed the top position was I Never Liked You, which entered the chart at No. 50 in September 2024 and did not climb higher.
‘We Don’t Trust You’ Remains Future’s Biggest Streaming Success
Although The Real Me has delivered another historic achievement, Future’s longest-running project on the Top Streaming Albums chart remains We Don’t Trust You.
The Metro Boomin collaboration has spent 48 weeks on the ranking, making it by far his most enduring streaming success. None of Future’s other four appearances have reached double-digit weeks on the chart.
In fact, We Don’t Trust You has accumulated more than twice the chart presence of all his other studio albums combined.
Future Scores Four Billboard No. 1 Albums This Week
Beyond his streaming achievement, Future is also dominating several other Billboard album rankings.
The Real Me debuts on six Billboard charts and reaches No. 1 on four of them. The album leads the Billboard 200, Top Streaming Albums, Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Top Rap Albums charts.
The project becomes Future’s 12th career No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, further extending his legacy as one of hip-hop’s most successful artists.
On genre-specific rankings, the rapper reaches another milestone, earning his 17th No. 1 album on both the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and the Top Rap Albums chart.
