Popular Nigerian content creators Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, better known as Jarvis, celebrated their marriage in grand style on Saturday, with the star-studded ceremony attracting celebrities, influencers, business moguls and extravagant gifts valued at about ₦420 million.
Held in Lekki, Lagos State, the wedding quickly became one of the most talked-about social events of the weekend, dominating social media under the hashtags #JP2026 and #Jarpel2026 as videos and photographs from the ceremony circulated online.
Dressed in traditional Benin attire, the couple observed cultural marriage rites before celebrating with family, friends and invited guests.
Sharing photos from the ceremony on Instagram, the newlyweds wrote:
“Today, we become one. Two tribes, one love. Two families, one forever. A new chapter begins, and forever starts now.”
A day before the wedding, the couple had released their final pre-wedding photographs, telling followers they had stopped counting down because they were “starting forever.”
One of the biggest highlights of the ceremony came when Abuja-based real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, announced the gift of a mansion reportedly worth ₦400 million.
Speaking before guests, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes said:
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller.”
The announcement drew loud cheers from guests, with videos showing the newlyweds embracing in celebration.
The donation fulfilled an earlier promise King Ochacho made during music executive Soso Soberekon's wedding, where he had assured Peller of his support.
At the time, he told the content creator:
“I am going to send you six zeros, millions.”
Another memorable moment at the reception came when a masked guest identified as Oga 9ja made a dramatic entrance wearing a pink elephant mascot costume, black sunglasses, a white agbada-style outfit and coral beads.
The mysterious guest presented the couple with an oversized ceremonial cheque worth ₦10 million, addressed to "Mr & Mrs Adelaja." Videos from the reception captured the presentation as guests applauded while recording the moment, with several clips describing it as a "Massive wedding gift."
Shortly after presenting the cheque, Oga 9ja directed followers to a promotional website branded "Peller's Biggest Drop Yet."
The platform invites fans to predict whether Peller and Jarvis' first child will be a boy, girl or twins ahead of its official launch on August 14, 2026.
According to information displayed on the landing page, participation is free, while successful participants could win between ₦100,000 and ₦250,000 through raffle draws. The website also requests users' phone numbers to receive what it describes as a "unique welcome offer" once the campaign officially launches.
Socialite Cubana Chief Priest also joined in celebrating the newlyweds by presenting them with another ₦10 million, bringing the publicly announced gifts from the three benefactors to approximately ₦420 million.
The celebration also featured one of Pretty Mike's signature theatrical entrances. The nightlife personality arrived with about 20 people dressed as medical workers wearing laboratory coats and face masks, while some carried intravenous drips as part of the performance.
Explaining the unusual entrance in an Instagram post, Pretty Mike wrote:“They said it’s a sick world out here, well as u can see, I walk around with my own team of medical practitioners #jp2026 #jarpel2026 this is the definition of a love story made in Lagos #LookTwo.”
The glamorous ceremony attracted a long list of notable personalities from the entertainment and social scene.
Among the Nollywood stars in attendance were Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Moyo Lawal, Jigan Baba Oja and Foluke Daramola.
Musicians present included Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, Sule Alao Malaika, Seun Kuti, Zinoleesky, Berri Tiga and Silly Music.

The lavish wedding marked the latest chapter in the couple's highly publicised relationship.
Peller proposed to Jarvis during a private beachside ceremony at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana in June 2026, before paying her bride price during a traditional introduction in Benin City, Edo State.
The couple later formalised their union at a court wedding in Lagos on July 29 before holding Saturday's elaborate white wedding.
Ahead of the ceremony, Peller also disclosed that he had undergone private traditional pre-marriage counselling in Ikorodu to prepare for married life and revealed plans for an eight-country honeymoon following the celebrations.
