Manchester City produced a remarkable defensive display at Old Trafford on Sunday, overcoming the early dismissal of Phil Foden to defeat Manchester United 1-0 in a tense and fiercely contested Manchester derby.
City were forced to play more than an hour with 10 men after Foden was shown a straight red card in the 23rd minute following a challenge referee Michael Oliver judged to be serious.
