Nigerian entertainer and hype man, Fisayo Olagunju, popularly known as MC Fish, has reignited his public dispute with his estranged wife, actress Anita Joseph, making a fresh series of allegations against the actress.
MC Fish made the claims in a series of posts shared on his Instagram Stories, where he referred to alleged evidence concerning what he described as Anita’s dealings with an unnamed “man of God.”
The entertainer claimed he was in possession of screenshots and recorded conversations relating to the alleged interactions.
“Remember I have screenshots and tapped recordings of all your dealings with that certain man of God,” he wrote.
MC Fish also pushed back against claims that he was financially dependent on Anita during their marriage. According to him, he played a major role in funding the lifestyle the couple maintained while they were together.
He alleged that he went as far as obtaining loans to sustain their lifestyle, apparently in an effort to counter suggestions that he relied on his former wife financially.
The entertainer went on to make a further allegation concerning Anita’s use of waist trainers, linking the practice to the loss of a child during their marriage.
“Remember I told you it was because of all those waist trainers you are wearing that you lost my child,” he alleged.
The claim was made without supporting evidence in the posts, and it could not be independently verified as of the time of filing this report.
MC Fish also alleged that Anita had experienced financial difficulties since the end of their marriage, while describing their relationship as a “nightmare.”
The latest exchange adds another chapter to the increasingly public fallout between the former couple, who have previously made allegations against each other while discussing the circumstances surrounding the collapse of their marriage.
MC Fish had earlier claimed that infidelity on both sides contributed to the breakdown of their relationship.
Anita, however, had previously cited alleged infidelity, domestic violence and substance abuse by her former husband when announcing their separation.
The former couple’s marital dispute has since spilled into the public space, with both parties at different times addressing aspects of their relationship and its eventual breakdown.
As of the time of filing this report, Anita Joseph had not publicly responded to MC Fish’s latest allegations.
