Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has encouraged young creatives to take their talents seriously, maximise available opportunities and remain consistent in building their careers.
The actor gave the advice while interacting with young participants at the Ogun Career Clinic held in Abeokuta on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
In an Instagram post shared on Thursday, November 5, Adedimeji urged aspiring creatives to stop waiting for perfect conditions or sophisticated equipment before showcasing their talents.
He stressed that taking the initiative and making their work visible were important steps towards building successful careers.
“Dear young creatives, do not wait for the perfect moment or the perfect equipment to start. Treat your craft as your top priority and put your work out into the world today,” he said.
The actor further emphasised that while visibility could create opportunities, consistency was essential for turning natural talent into professional excellence.
“Visibility fuels opportunity, but consistency turns talent into authority, keep creating,” he added.
Adedimeji also expressed delight at the opportunity to engage with the young participants, share his experiences and encourage them to pursue their creative ambitions.
The Ogun Career Clinic was organised by Muniratt as a platform for engaging and inspiring young people on career development and opportunities.
