The honour, to be presented by renowned Brazilian mixed martial arts coach Rafael Cordeiro, will commemorate the 40th anniversary of Tyson's historic achievement as the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history.
Tyson made history on November 22, 1986, when, at just 20 years old, he knocked out Trevor Berbick in Las Vegas to claim the World Boxing Council (WBC) heavyweight title.
Cordeiro, who has previously worked with the boxing icon as his trainer, described the opportunity to honour Tyson in Brazil as a special moment, noting that his personal relationship with the former champion had given him an opportunity to appreciate the person behind his global reputation.
“Honoring Mike Tyson in Brazil and at my event is an amazing honor for me. Being around him was a unique privilege that allowed me to know the man behind the legend,” Cordeiro told Sherdog.
As part of his visit, Tyson is expected to attend the Kings Championship press conference on November 20 before visiting the Brazilian Boxing Confederation's training centre the following day.
During the visit, he will meet children participating in a community development programme. The former heavyweight champion is also expected to promote his brand of cannabis-derived products at a trade fair in Sao Paulo.
Meanwhile, Kings Championship 3 will feature a combination of combat sports, with eight mixed martial arts bouts and two boxing contests scheduled for the event.
The main attraction will see Jonathan Machado take on Vitor Costa for the middleweight championship, as the organisers prepare for an evening that combines competitive action with a celebration of one of boxing's most influential figures.
