Bieber is the richest teen in entertainment, having taken in an astounding $53 million last year. While it’s nice that Justin Bieber now has a street named after him in a small town in Texas, you have to assume that he prefers the economic spoils of his fame a bit more.
Seriously, like a major one that rivals most corporate CEOs’.According to People magazine ranking of the top-earning teen actors and musicians, Bieber, 17, raked in $53 million in 2010. Most of that cash came from his smash movie, “Never Say Never,” and his hit fragrance, “Someday.” (By contrast, girlfriend Selena Gomez made $5.5 million).

Justin Bieber – $53 million (age 17)

Bieber reached that big-baller level thanks to the record-breaking returns from “Never,” which is the most successful concert-themed film in U.S. history, with more than $73 million earned to date.

Miley Cyrus – $48 million (age 18)

Nipping at Bieber’s heels was veteran teen starlet Miley Cyrus, whose haul was $48 million, almost all of it earned from touring.

Nick Jonas – $12.5 million (age 18)

Nick Jonas had a very good year as well, with totals around $12.5 million from record sales, TV appearances and work on Broadway.

Taylor Lautner – $8.5 million (age 19)

Other big earners on the list include “Twilight” top wolf Taylor Lautner, who earned $8.5 million for the final two installments of the movie series, as well as $7.5 million for his upcoming starring debut in the action thriller “Abduction.”

Angus T. Jones – $7.8 million (age 17)

“Two and a Half Men” star Angus T. Jones banked $7.8 million, thanks to a $300,000 per episode payday.

Selena Gomez – $5.5 million – (age 19)

Selena Gomez, 19, may have made just a tenth of what boyfriend Justin Bieber brought in, but few will be sniffing at her $5 million paycheque.

Jaden Smith – $5 million (age 13)

Jaden Smith made the list with earnings of $5 million last year from his starring role in “The Karate Kid.

Willow Smith – $4 million (age 10)

Willow Smith made the list, her music career rang up $4 million. Willow’s earnings were enough to merit a place on the list even though she is just only 10 years old, making her the youngest on the list.

Dakota Fanning  – $4 million (age 17)

Acting sisters Dakota also did pretty well, with $4 million for “Breaking Dawn”.

Elle Fanning – $1.5 million (age 13)

Elle Fanning, 13, took home $1.5 million for “Super 8.”
