    WHEN GOV. EMMANUEL UDUAGHAN BURIEDMOTHER-IN-LAW, MADAM REBECCA AYOMIKE IN WARRI


    The city of Warri in Delta State was turned to a carnival ground for four days from Thursday, 9th of August to Sunday, 12th of August, 2012. The carnival was the befitting burial ceremony of the late Madam Rebecca Ayomike, mother of first lady of Delta State, Mrs. Roli Uduaghan.
    The Thursday event was the wake keep, which held at the late Madam Ayomike's house at Ugbuwangue, Warri. On Friday 10th August, 2012, the late Madam Ayomike's remains was laid to rest at her residence, while a superlative reception took place at the PTA Yard, Warri.
    Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan went to pay homage to his in-laws on Saturday 11th August, while a thanksgiving service at the First Baptist Church, Warri was held on Sunday 12th of August, 2012.
    Among top dignitaries at the event are the First lady of the country, Dame Patience Jonathan, Gov. Adams Oshiomole of Edo, Gov. Peter Obi of Anambra State and other first class celebrities.
