Osun Poll: INEC To Distribute Election Materials On Time

Osun state governorship election materials for 9 August would arrive the state as planned and would be distributed on time, Olusegun Agbaje, the state Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), has assured. Agbaje gave the assurance on Sunday in Osogbo in an interview with NAN.
He said that preparations were underway to ensure the materials arrived few days before the election as scheduled.
He said the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) would ensure even distribution of the materials to the appropriate quarters. Also said that the commission would also ensure distribution of the materials were completed early enough before the election and the sensitive ballot papers would be kept at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) branch in the state for safety. The commissioner pledged that the commission would do its best to conduct a credible, free and fair election.
