Nicolas Cage, Wife Alice Kim Split

Nicolas Cage and his wife Alice Kim have been separated since January, a rep for the actor confirms to Gossip Cop. The reason behind the couple’s split hasn’t been revealed.
Cage and Kim began dating in February 2004 after meeting in a Los Angeles restaurant where she worked as a waitress. The pair got engaged just two months later and were married at a private ranch in Northern California that summer. Cage later revealed in an interview that he and Kim got married immediately so that she could travel with him to South Africa, where he was shooting the movie Lord of War.
Cage and Kim share a 10-year-old boy, Kal-El, who’s named after Superman. Although not a professional actress, Kim had a small role in Cage’s 2007 sci-fi thriller, Next, as well as the 2007 horror-thriller, Grindhouse, in which Cage makes a cameo appearance.

Cage had been married two previous times. He was previously wed to Patricia Arquette from 1995 to 2001, and to Lisa Marie Presley for nearly months in 2002 before they separated. Their divorce was finalized in 2004, making the divorce proceeding longer than the actual marriage. The actor also has a 25-year-old son named Weston from a relationship with former girlfriend Christina Fulton.
