Passionate about food and cooking since a very early age, Chef Brian has created more than a dozen wildly successful restaurants across the United States, two of which are on Open Table’s list of the “Top 100 Hot Spots in America”.
He has also starred in several popular reality shows, such as The Taste, Top Chef and Chopped, amongst others.
