The Companies to Inspire Africa report is a listing of leading private corporates across Africa that demonstrably outperform their sector and market peers. Aimed at improving awareness on the region’s most dynamic companies, the Inspire Africa report showcases outstanding stories of innovation, growth and entrepreneurship in African business to a global audience.

The Companies to Inspire brand was first launched in 2013 in the UK and extended to cover the EU and then Africa. Each edition has generated exceptional international broadcast and print media coverage, with more than 1 million visitors across all projects.

The Companies to Inspire Africa report was launched by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in 2017 and focuses on bringing much needed visibility to high growth, private companies across the African continent who are seen as the true engines of growth in the region.

Companies shortlisted last year have recorded over $1.9 billion in investment as well as growth in other key indicators since featuring in the 2017 report.

This year, LSEG has partnered with Asoko Insight, as well as PwC, the African Development Bank andCDC Group to create the 2018 report.

The deadline for the receipt of complete submissions is June 22nd, 2018.

It is important to provide all the information requested to improve your chances of making the final selection. The final selection will be based entirely on a set of objective criteria designed byPwC, taking into account positive revenue growth as compared to your sector and weighted on a country by country basis.

The Companies To Inspire Africa 2018 report will launch in November 2018 and each short-listed company will have a short profile in the November publication which will see global distribution.
