CMC Connect (Perception Managers) Wins Big at the 7th Edition of the African Brands Congress Awards

Nigeria's foremost Strategic Communications firm, CMC Connect (Perception Managers), and its sister firm Re-ignite Public Affairs have emerged as Africa's most Impactful Reputation and Perception Management Company of the year and Africa's Most Outstanding Public Affairs Consulting Firm of the Year 2022 respectively.

CMC Connect was among outstanding organisations awarded laurels at the 7th Edition of the African Brands Congress, held at the Lagos Sheraton Hotels & Towers banquet hall on Friday, August 12, 2022. It was organised by the African Brands Media Limited, a foremost brands magazine that provides research and news relating to various brands across Africa.

Tagged African Brands Leadership Awards 2022, the one-day event had; Congress, Exhibition, Brands Presentation, Dinner, and Award Presentation. This year's congress was themed: Digital Technology, AI & IOT – A Catalyst for Brands Growth. According to the organisers, the congress is designed to be a platform for educating, engaging, and inspiring brand managers and professionals in different industries in the pursuit of best practices in brand building and value creation.

Both organisations were the only recipients of these prestigious awards in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) category in the African market. Other winners at the occasion include leading financial institutions, FMCGs, and a host of others.

Receiving the awards on behalf of the board, management, and staff of CMC Connect (Perception Managers) the Executive Director of the firm, Mr. Raheem Olabode, thanked the organisers for recognising the quality services CMC Connect has been rendering to her highly valued clients which include Airtel Nigeria, Ericsson, Beer Sectoral Group (BSG), Pfizer, CNN, FXTM, among others while noting that the firm will continue to make meaningful contributions in the IMC industry across Africa.
