Last year, Coco Safar staged a 3-day pop-up store at the same location in Rosebank with locals queuing in droves to get a taste of their world-renowned croissants and coffee. While many successful bakeries would be ecstatic to move 1,000 croissants in a day, Coco Safar’s pop-up stand sold over 8,500 croissants in less than 72 hours. This massive success, very impressive even by New York and Paris standards, reflects how the community is literally hungry for new experiences and a fresh, original world class offering.
