Nigerian artist Adedamola Adefolahan, widely recognized as Fireboy DML, is preparing to unveil his fourth studio album, titled “Adedamola.”

The acclaimed singer, known for his hit "Everyday," revealed the album's tracklist, which features 14 songs, on his Instagram account.

The eagerly awaited album is scheduled for release on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

This project boasts an impressive roster of collaborators, including music icons such as Seun Kuti, Lagbaja, Lojay, DJ Spinall, and Jon Batiste, who is the sole international artist featured.

The album's tracks include titles like ‘Iseoluwa,’ ‘Call Me,’ ‘Ecstasy,’ ‘Hell and Back,’ ‘Letting Go,’ ‘Back n Forth,’ ‘Ready,’ and ‘Wande’s Bop.’

Additional songs are ‘Change Your Life,’ ‘Obaa Sima,’ ‘Need Me,’ ‘Yawa,’ ‘Everyday,’ and ‘Jon’s Interlude.’ Fireboy, who is affiliated with YBNL Nation and Empire Distribution, made his debut with the album "Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps" in 2019.

The track “Scatter” from this debut was featured in the FIFA 21 game soundtrack.

He received the Listener’s Choice award and was nominated for Song of the Year for “Jealous” at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival, the same year he released his second album, "Apollo."

Fireboy gained significant attention in Nigeria when his popular song “Champion” was used by FC Bayern Munich during their UEFA Super Cup celebrations in 2020.

In 2022, he launched his third studio album, "Playboy," and his track “Coming Back For You” was included in the "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" soundtrack.

Fireboy characterizes his music as “Afro-Life” and cites Jon Bellion, Passenger, and Wande Coal as major influences.

In a recent statement, he shared his plans to embark on a personal journey following the release of his upcoming album.
