The Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has announced the results of the Year 2024 Placement Test, based on the Continuous Assessment Scores (CAS) of Primary Six Pupils in the State.

In a statement from Adebayo Orunsolu, the Director of the Lagos State Examinations Board, it was confirmed that the results for Primary Six Pupils moving on to Government Public Junior Secondary Schools for the 2024/2025 Academic Session are now accessible via the Lagos State Examinations Board’s Portal.

Orunsolu noted the ease of accessing these results, urging concerned authorities to log in using their Schools’ default Username and Password provided during pupil registration, allowing them to print the results starting Monday, September 2, 2024.

This initiative aims to minimize the delays that have previously hindered the process.

The statement also detailed a streamlined procedure for all relevant schools—both Public and Approved Private Primary Schools—to print their results online, thereby alleviating the need for physical visits to the Board for result collection.

Additionally, the Director reaffirmed the commitment to educational inclusivity, stating, “We are dedicated to upholding the Education Policy that ensures ‘No child should be left behind.’

All successful Pupils from both Public and Approved Private Primary Schools will receive equal consideration.”

As the results are published, all approved private primary schools that participated in the examination must submit their results to the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) to guarantee that the names of their successful Candidates are included in the FIRST LISTS OF PUPILS designated for admission into Government Public Junior Secondary Schools in the State.
