Fiorentina's Moise Kean has been released from the hospital after collapsing during a Serie A match on Sunday due to a head injury.

He was stretchered off and taken to a nearby hospital after the incident occurred in the second half of the game against Hellas Verona.

The club announced on Monday that Kean was discharged from the Verona hospital and has returned to Florence, with all medical tests showing negative results.

Kean had previously taken a hit to the face and received treatment for a deep cut on his eyebrow before rejoining the match. However, just minutes later, he fell to the ground. Fortunately, he didn’t seem to lose consciousness.

This incident marks the second time this season that a Fiorentina player has collapsed, following Edoardo Bove's loss of consciousness in December, which led to him being placed in a medically induced coma and receiving a heart defibrillator.

Kean is enjoying a standout season, having scored 15 goals so far. Verona ultimately won the match 1-0, with Antoine Bernede scoring the decisive goal in stoppage time. Fiorentina's next game is on Friday against Lecce at home.
