The 2025 OGAP is designed as a springboard for ambitious graduates eager to make a transformative impact in the oil and gas industry. Oando is seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, achieving a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in fields such as Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
Applicants must be no older than 26 years as of January 1, 2025, and must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025. Additionally, candidates should have no more than two years of work experience and must have secured a minimum of five B’s and two C’s in SSCE, NECO, or GCE O-Level exams in a single sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
