Francis Chinonso, also known as Bosa Lee, a content creator, brand strategist, and manager for the popular TikTok personality Peller, has asserted that traditional employment is facing imminent obsolescence due to the pervasive influence of social media and other digital platforms.

In a recent interview with Sunday Scoop, Bosa Lee expounded on the dynamic evolution of the digital landscape. "The industry is growing rapidly. With so many social media platforms, it is hard to predict where the next star will emerge. Last year, it was Peller on TikTok, and his buzz keeps rising and shows no signs of slowing down," he observed.

Reflecting on the transformation of the influencer landscape, Bosa Lee noted the shift from a select few to a saturated market. "In the past, we had only a handful of influencers. Now, the space is crowded, and even people with millions of followers can still be ‘unknown’.

There was a time when having 500,000 followers meant real popularity. Today, the industry Is oversaturated; from content creation to music, medicine, and even food niches. As a result of this, content creators needs to be intentional. Even if you have the audience, cancel culture is real; people react quickly, so every post counts."

Bosa Lee emphasized the enduring power of relatable content in capturing and retaining audience attention. "The major trend that will always have a huge impact on social media is relatable content. It is rooted in everyday life and never goes out of style. It’s not just about being funny— whether it’s skits, music, or film— what people connect with emotionally or culturally is what stands out," he explained.

Sharing insights into his professional relationship with Peller, Bosa Lee recounted their initial connection. "I don’t go scouting for talents. The universe just connects us, just like Peller. It was a friend of mine who showed me Peller’s page, and that he needed a manager.

We then arranged a meeting, and immediately we met, the synergy was just there. He is signed under a management company— City Blog— but I’m his direct manager. The work has been quite easy, even though Peller can be difficult. But, that’s what I signed up for— to make it work, and that’s exactly what I’m doing for Peller."

Drawing from his experience managing talented individuals, Bosa Lee highlighted the personal growth it has fostered. "Working with talented individuals has taught me to be patient, and put my emotions aside," he concluded, underscoring the interpersonal skills essential in the rapidly evolving digital content ecosystem. His perspective paints a picture of a future where digital platforms not only create new career paths but also potentially eclipse traditional employment structures.
