Global hygiene brand Carex has officially relaunched in Nigeria, unveiling a refreshed Masterbrand identity and an extended range of antibacterial products designed to meet the everyday hygiene needs of Nigerian families. The expanded portfolio includes handwash, bar soaps, and antiseptic liquids, all formulated to kill over one million germs in seconds while remaining gentle on the skin.
The high-profile relaunch event, held at The Lagos Marriott Hotel, brought together media professionals, health authorities, brand influencers, and corporate leaders. Hosted in partnership with PZ Cussons Nigeria, the event underscored Carex’s renewed mission: to lead the charge in everyday hygiene and germ protection.
A Renewed Mission
Speaking at the event, Oghale Elueni, Managing Director of PZ Cussons Nigeria, emphasized that the relaunch represents more than just a visual transformation.
“This is more than just a Masterbrand relaunch. It’s about a bigger mission—to win the war against germs wherever you are—at home, at work, in school, on the go.”
Echoing this sentiment, Martha Kayode, Head of Marketing at PZ Cussons, added:
“This relaunch is a fresh start. A chance to renew our promise to Nigerian families. Every single product is formulated to kill one million+ germs in seconds, while being kind to your skin.”
