The initiative, aptly themed “Fuelling Future Creatives,” was more than just a symbolic gesture—it was a hands-on, forward-looking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project aimed at equipping senior secondary students with practical creative skills. From graphic design and video editing to harnessing the power of artificial intelligence in content creation, the sessions introduced participants to the real-world tools shaping modern storytelling and communication.
Led by a team of Nitro 121 professionals—including Creative Director Chamberlin Ukenedo, Digital Content Writer Faith Ekekwe, Copywriter Kedonojo Williams, and Brand Strategist Favour Alilu—the training was intentionally immersive and engaging. Each expert brought not only technical know-how but also personal insight into the creative industries, making the learning experience relatable and aspirational.
In his address, Managing Director and CEO of Nitro 121, Lampe Omoyele, encouraged the students to see creativity not as a niche skill, but as an essential part of life and leadership. “Everyone has the seed of creativity,” he said, “and it’s our duty to nurture it. That’s what this event is about—lighting the spark that will power the next generation of thinkers, storytellers, and innovators.”
The impact of the event was not lost on the school community. Mrs. Adeyinka Afolayan, Principal of Victory Grammar School, expressed her appreciation to Nitro 121 for what she called “a unique and enriching experience.” She commended the agency for its attention to detail—from the thoughtfully designed training modules to the provision of stationery for both students and staff.
“Fuelling Future Creatives” is just one of the many initiatives planned as part of Nitro 121’s 20th anniversary campaign—a celebration not only of the agency’s legacy in shaping brands but also of its continued commitment to nurturing the next wave of creative talent in Nigeria.
