In a recent interview with ESPN UK, the French striker was asked to name the musicians he enjoys listening to the most. Ekitike mentioned Asake, alongside American rappers Gunna and NBA YoungBoy.
“Gunna, Asake and NBA YoungBoy are the best three artistes I love to listen to,” Ekitike said.
The 22-year-old also shared his admiration for football greats, naming Thierry Henry, Didier Drogba, and Mohamed Salah as his all-time favourite players.
Ekitike, who joined Liverpool earlier this year, has quickly become a fan favourite for his dynamic playing style — and now, his taste in music appears to be earning him attention off the pitch as well.
