Laila Charani, the Moroccan wife of Nigerian Senator Ned Nwoko, has made explosive allegations against her co-wife, actress Regina Daniels, accusing her of introducing her to illicit drugs and influencing others within their household. The claims were made in a recent Instagram post by Charani, who responded to an earlier statement by Regina Daniels, in which Daniels allegedly suggested that other wives of Nwoko were also involved with drugs.

Charani, who has been married to Nwoko for several years, shared a troubling account of how she almost lost her marriage due to drug addiction, which she claims Regina Daniels introduced her to. According to Charani, it was only Nwoko's quick intervention that saved her from the destructive path of substance abuse.

“You know too well that I almost lost my marriage when you introduced me to drugs 6 years ago and it was my husband’s quick insistence on intervention that rescued me from that dark path,” Charani wrote in her Instagram post, which has since garnered significant attention.

In her lengthy accusation, Charani stated that Regina Daniels’ alleged drug use extended beyond her and claimed that Daniels had been a bad influence on the entire household, including nannies and domestic workers. “You have been a bad influence since you married into this beautiful family, giving drugs to nannies and our workers, including your younger sister Destiny,” she added, asserting that Daniels had even involved others in the family’s affairs inappropriately.

Charani also suggested that Regina Daniels’ marital issues with Nwoko were rooted in the senator's desire for her to stop using drugs and alcohol, emphasizing that Nwoko himself abstains from smoking and drinking. “The only reason Regina Daniels is fighting with our husband is because he wants her to stop her drug and alcohol addiction,” Charani wrote.

Further adding to the controversy, Charani accused Daniels of engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior, claiming that Daniels had been involved in relationships with women. “You infested everyone with your virus and this is why I will not trust my daughters around you unsupervised, especially when I found out that you were sleeping with every single girl around you,” Charani alleged.

The Moroccan wife urged Daniels to seek psychological help and suggested that she distance herself from the Nwoko family’s personal matters. "You need help. Seek psychological counseling and leave Ned Nwoko’s other wives out of your scandal with him," Charani advised.

As of now, Regina Daniels has not publicly responded to Charani’s serious allegations. The unfolding drama between the Nwoko family’s wives has captured widespread attention, particularly given the public nature of the accusations and the high-profile figures involved.

With both women prominently in the media spotlight, it remains to be seen whether this feud will escalate further or if a resolution will be reached behind closed doors.
