In his current role as General Manager, Commercial at UAC Foods Ltd, he leads both Sales and Marketing, shaping the company’s commercial direction and strengthening its position in the competitive FMCG landscape. His leadership has been associated with several notable product successes, including the rollout of King-Size Gala Sausage Roll, Gala Chin Chin, Kingsway Loaf, and most recently, Zuri Seasoning. These launches have contributed to UAC Foods’ reputation for innovation and operational excellence.
Before joining UAC Foods, Awosika developed considerable expertise through roles at Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, and Tiger Brands—where he served as Customer Director for East and West Africa. Across these positions, he refined his capabilities in customer development, commercial operations, and team empowerment, earning recognition for his ability to drive business transformation.
Awosika holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and an MBA from Babcock University. His professional ethos is anchored in people development, a commitment he views as central to unlocking performance and sustaining long-term growth.
