Nollywood actor Mike Folarin has opened up about the difficulties of dealing with some overly enthusiastic female fans, recounting incidents that made him uncomfortable.
In a recent interview with VJ Adams, Folarin revealed that some fans have gone as far as kissing him without his consent. He described the experience as one of the most absurd situations he has encountered in the entertainment industry.
“Getting unsolicited kisses is the most ridiculous fan experience I have had. Yeah, getting kissed without my consent. It happened in Lagos, in a club. So, I guess everybody was intoxicated,” he said.
Folarin used the opportunity to remind fans about the importance of consent when interacting with celebrities, emphasizing that personal boundaries should always be respected.
