...Alleges Disrespect During TikTok Livestream

Nigerian streamer Peller has publicly called out singer Ayra Starr following a recent TikTok livestream interaction involving content creator Jarvis, accusing the musician of disrespect and downplaying his public profile.

The controversy stems from a livestream session hosted by Jarvis, during which Ayra Starr participated in an interactive segment and asked Jarvis whether she had a boyfriend. The question, though casual in tone, later triggered backlash from Peller, who claimed it was inappropriate and dismissive.

In a video that has since gone viral, the streamer expressed anger over what he described as a lack of recognition from the singer, suggesting that her question indirectly undermined his status and relationship with Jarvis.

Peller further alleged that Ayra Starr acted as though she was unfamiliar with him, despite what he described as his visibility in the entertainment space. He argued that such behaviour amounted to being “belittled” during the session.

“How could Ayra Starr ask Jarvis if Jarvis has a boyfriend. Is she trying to say she doesn’t know me? Would she like me to also ask if she’s a singer?” he said.

He also referenced his past gestures toward Jarvis, including a trip to South Africa and the purchase of a Mercedes-Benz GLE, using them to support his claim of being closely connected to her and deserving of recognition.
