The partnership comes as the premium fragrance retailer prepares to introduce two of Baker’s celebrated niche perfumes—Velvet Vendetta and Vava Vanilla—to the Nigerian market through a multi-city rollout spanning Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Lagos.
As part of the launch activities, Sarah Baker will visit Nigeria for the first time, bringing her signature fusion of art and perfumery to local audiences. Her creations will be showcased in Abuja on April 16, followed by Port Harcourt on April 17, 2026, before culminating in a grand finale event in Lagos.
The Lagos event, scheduled for April 18, 2026, will take place at The Purple Mall and is expected to blend fragrance with performance art. Okanlawon will headline a cast of actors who will interpret the creative narratives behind Velvet Vendetta and Vava Vanilla, offering guests an immersive storytelling experience.
Speaking during his unveiling, Okanlawon described the partnership as a milestone, noting that he is honoured to be the first Nigerian actor to collaborate with the brand at this level. He also praised Seinde Signature’s growth trajectory, citing its expansion from a single outlet to a network of 15 walk-in stores as a testament to its credibility and vision.
General Manager Ore Olusola подчеркнул that the collaboration goes beyond a typical brand partnership, framing it as a meeting point between two creative forces. According to her, hosting Sarah Baker represents a shared commitment to storytelling, craftsmanship, and artistic excellence within the fragrance industry.
The upcoming events are expected to draw fragrance enthusiasts, creatives, and industry stakeholders, further positioning Nigeria as an emerging hub for niche perfumery in Africa.
