Popular Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has been unveiled as the brand ambassador for Wealth App, a digital property investment and portfolio management platform developed by Promiseland Innovations, the technology subsidiary of Promiseland Estate.
The unveiling ceremony took place in Abuja and attracted key players from the real estate industry, fintech sector, and corporate community.
Speaking during the event, Promiseland Estate Chief Executive Officer, Emmanuel Oloche, explained that the platform was designed to simplify and expand access to property investment for Nigerians both within the country and in the diaspora.
According to him, Wealth App enables users to monitor their real estate assets while also helping them identify investment opportunities that align with their financial goals, preferences, and long-term wealth plans.
He noted that the platform seeks to modernise aspects of the real estate industry by digitising property transactions and investment management for individuals, families, and corporate organisations.
Dr Oloche also said the decision to appoint Tonto Dikeh as ambassador was influenced by her strong public presence, wide reach, and influence across different audiences.
“The platform is designed to make property investment easier and more accessible for everyone,” he stated during the launch.
Executive Director of Promiseland Estate, Gift Emmanuel Oloche, expressed confidence that the actress would help boost visibility and public awareness for the app.
Industry stakeholders at the event also described the initiative as a step toward improving financial inclusion within Nigeria’s real estate sector.
Founder and CEO of GOTNI Leadership Centre, Linus Okorie, welcomed the launch, noting that digital platforms such as Wealth App could help expand opportunities for property ownership and investment access for more Nigerians.
Analysts say the growing intersection between technology and real estate — often referred to as “PropTech” — is gradually reshaping how Nigerians buy, manage, and invest in property, especially among younger and tech-savvy investors seeking more flexible investment options.
