Sunad Building Tech Soars High *Remodels Shina Peters Mansion

The owner of Sunad Building Tech Company, Mr. Sunday Ademola is now marching on the king's highway as he has consciously become the toast of high society, when it comes to building of homes and offices.
Sunad, as Ademola is fondly called, is equally spreading his tentacles. Now, the Osun State-born building engineer has opened additional offices in Port-Harcourt and Abuja, while his Lagos office has become a beehive of activities for A-list clientele.
Few days back, the city builder was contracted to remodel the Iju Station, Lagos  mansion of the Afro Juju megastar, Sir Shina Peters.
The renovation, we gathered, is very elaborate as it is scheduled to see the exterior of the house being tiled, while the roof will also be re-constructed.

A source close to Sunad revealed that when the renovation is completed, the 'Afro Juju kingdom' will definitely be a beauty to behold.''

"The new architectural design is a masterpiece,'' the source declared.

The amiable and acclaimed builder, Sunday Ademola  is  credited with the construction of homes of many celebrities in Nigeria.
Sunad is thumbed up as the brain behind houses of many celebrated politicians, bureaucrats, showbiz people and aficionados.
