    ABU Distance Learning Centre, Edutech Renew 5-year Partnership

    In a remarkable move aimed at continuously enhancing sustainable access to education in Africa, the Ahmadu Bello University Distance Learning Centre (DLC) has solidified its alliance with EduTech for another five-year tenure. This partnership, already spanning a decade, has played a pivotal role in granting over 15,000 students access to quality education. Throughout this period, EduTech has provided unwavering guidance and support to students, aiding them in navigating the application process and selecting courses tailored to their needs.

    EduTech has closely collaborated with ABU DLC in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that have attracted the cream of the crop, leveraging the latest technologies and marketing techniques to reach a wider audience and showcase the university’s strengths to potential students.

    According to Onyekachi Ginger-Eke, the CEO and Co-founder of EduTech, “We are thrilled to renew our partnership with ABU Distance Learning Centre. We firmly believe that education is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all.     The MoU signing ceremony witnessed the presence of esteemed personalities, including the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kabiru Bala; the Registrar, Malam Rabiu Samalia; and the Co-Founder/CEO of EduTech, Onyekachi Ginger-Eke.

    EduTech is playing a crucial role in the education sector through its utilization of Private-Public Partnerships (PPP), making a noteworthy contribution. The prominent edtech company firmly believes that tertiary institutions should focus on their core mission of designing curriculum, imparting knowledge, and creating content. To support this, they entrust technology, PPP strategy design, marketing, and other essential services to partners like EduTech.

    This approach allows institutions to concentrate on their growth, generating independent revenue while ensuring uninterrupted access to quality education. In addition, EduTech provides support in terms of designing the PPP business model and generating additional income for the continued development of these institutions.
