With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, he has expertise in various areas, including electrical systems, instrumentation, condition and vibration monitoring, flow metering processes, and procurement.

In the initial stages of his career, Daere served as an Electrical Instrumentation Superintendent at the International Petroleum Company of Nigeria before transitioning to TOTAL E&P, where he took on the role of Technical Stock Controller within the Procurement Department. His tenure at General Electric Nigeria was marked by notable achievements, including a remarkable increase in sales, which quadrupled during the 2007-2008 period. Additionally, his exceptional interpersonal skills played a crucial role in resolving conflicts between clients and partners, earning him recognition as a "top talent" across the African continent.

Following this success, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. In 2009, recognizing the need to align user expectations with market offerings in the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector, he established Plant Engineering Limited, which was later rebranded as PE Energy Limited.

Daere possesses a degree in Applied Physics and is a distinguished graduate of renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School, INSEAD Business School, and Manchester Business School.
