The 13-episode animated series boasts a remarkable creative talent behind its script: Emmanuella Amidu. A rising star in the writing world, Emmanuella began crafting the screenplay at the tender age of 16 and completed it by 19. Her early immersion in storytelling is evident, as she stated, “I’ve always loved storytelling and have written several children’s books. I’m thrilled to see this screenplay come to life.” Her fresh perspective is expected to bring a unique voice to the science fiction genre.
A Dream Team Behind the Scenes
Blessing Amidu has reunited with a key figure from her previous success, Adebisi Adetayo, the acclaimed technical director of 32ad Animation Studio. Adetayo, who also directed Lady Buckit & the Motley Mopsters, will co-direct Secrets of the Multiverse alongside Robert Sledge, a seasoned animation veteran from Hollywood. This collaboration of local expertise and international experience is poised to deliver a visually stunning and narratively rich production.
The series also features a stellar voice cast comprising beloved Nollywood actors. The talent roster includes Kate Henshaw, Korede Lawal, Maryam Yarkasai, Fiyin Asenuga, and Akorede Bobo, promising captivating performances that will bring the animated characters to life.
