Sharing his concerns on social media, the artiste said the dream involved armed bandits allegedly infiltrating the state and abducting people from nightclubs and office buildings. He noted that the experience left him unsettled, especially because—according to him—many of his past dreams eventually came to pass.
“My mind has been unsettled since yesterday because of the things I’ve been seeing. I dreamt that bandits entered Lagos. In that dream, they were taking people from clubs and from offices. Since I started having these dreams, about 70% of them have come to pass,” he wrote.
Mr Real emphasised that he was not attempting to incite fear but rather urging residents to remain alert given the prevailing security environment across several regions of the country.
His public warning follows a recent statement by the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, who raised similar concerns less than 48 hours earlier. Adams had alleged that armed groups had infiltrated parts of the South-West and were planning coordinated attacks, citing vulnerable areas in Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo and Lagos States.
The artiste’s comments add to a growing chorus of voices calling attention to security risks, even as authorities continue efforts to curb criminal activity across affected communities.
